Managementul imobiliar, similarități şi diferențe in cadrul construcțiilor noi şi construcțiilor vechi

Abstract

Scopul principal al lucrării este analiza managementului imobiliar. In acest teza, in primul capitol ne vom concentra să analizăm nivelurile si scopurile, obiectivele si caracteristici managementului imobiliar. Vom fixa metodologia managementului imobiliar si indicatori de perfomanta managementului proprietatii. Vom explora constructii noi si constructii vechi in Republica Moldova. In al doilea capitol ne vom fixa bazele metodologice ale managementului imobiliar,

dezvoltarea conceptului de management imobiliar, managementul imobiliar a clădiri noi și clădiri vechi, vom evalua obiectelor imobiliare: abordări și metode. In al treilea capitol ne vom analiza situația pieței imobiliare și disponibilitatea acesteia în Republica Moldova si evolutia preturilor la apartamente in Republica Moldova.

The purpose of the paper: this thesis focuses on analyzing the levels and goals, objectives and characteristics of real estate management. Fixes the real estate management methodology and property management performance indicators. Explores new constructions and old constructions in the Republic of Moldova. The final goal of this thesis its analyze the situation of the real estate market and its availability in the Republic of Moldova and the evolution of apartment prices in the Republic of Moldova for describe effective recomondation for management estate real.

Methods applied to the elaboration of the paper: literature analysis, real estate market analysis, comparison.

The concrete result obtained: taking into account the results obtained using the methods and the information underlying their application, and on the other hand real estate analysis, we can make recommendations for quick property management.
