Gestiunea unui proiect de construcții complex hotelier în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Proiectul de licență prezintă o abordare a aspectelor teoretice si practice privind eficiența proiectelor de construcţii și anume construcţia unui complex hotelier.

Tratarea problematicii s-a executat prin intermediul metodelor de analiză și cercetare a ofertelor de materiale de construcții de pe piața autohtonă, analiza resurselor financiare necesare și manopera,.

Scopul lucrării constă în elaborarea unui proiect de construcţii complex hotelier in Republica Moldova din municipiul Chişinău cu ajutor tehnologiilor existente, alegând un proiect potrivit si unic din punct de vedere a eficienței tehnice si economice.

Pentru realizarea scopului propus au fost formulate și realizate următoarele obiective:

Studiu conceptelor generale privind eficiența unui proiect hotelier – definiții și explicații generale ce înseamnă complex hotelier ; Analiza tipurilor de construcţii si proceselor de calcul.

Analiza investiţiilor in domeniul hotelier.

Analiza ofertelor financiare și a manoperei necesare pentru realizarea proiectului analizat;

Realizarea fezabilității proiectului de construcție și realizarea concluziilor privind cât de profitabil v-a fi proiectul acestui tip de hotel . Domeniul de cercetare este definit de analiza pieței materialelor de construcții și realizarea evaluării eficienței economice a proiectului hotelier cu un nivel. Obiectul cercetării reprezintă un proiect pre-investițional a unui complex hotelier in R.M din municipiul Chişinău.

The license project presents an approach to the theoretical and practical aspects regarding the efficiency of building projects, namely existing hotel complex buildings in their efficiency.

The treatment of the problem was carried out by means of the methods of analysis and research of the offers of construction materials on the local market, the analysis of the necessary financial resources and the labour.

The purpose of the work consists in the development of a hotel complex construction project in the Republic of Moldova from the city of Chisinau with the help of existing technologies, choosing a suitable and unique project from the point of view of technical and economic efficiency.

To achieve the proposed goal, the following objectives were formulated and achieved:

Study of general concepts regarding the efficiency of a hotel project - definitions and general explanations of what a hotel complex means;

Analysis of construction types and calculation processes.

Analysis of investments in the hotel field.

Analysis of the financial offers and the necessary labour for the implementation of the analysed project;

Realizing the feasibility of the construction project and drawing conclusions on how profitable the project of this type of hotel will be for you.

The research field is defined by the analysis of the construction materials market and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the hotel project with a level.

The object of the research is the Management of a hotel complex construction project in the R.M. of the city of Chisinau.
