Normarea muncii in constructii

Abstract

Această teză de licență abordează tema "Normarea muncii în construcții" și investighează activitatea de normare a muncii în industria construcțiilor.

Primul capitol, STUDIU TEORETIC PRIVIND ACTIVITATEA DE NORMARE A MUNCII este un studiu teoretic care definește și clasifică conceptul de normare a muncii, evidențiind importanța acestuia în contextul construcțiilor. Prezentată un istoric al normării muncii în construcții și sunt analizate diferite metode de normare utilizate în acest domeniu. În plus, se examinează activitatea de normare a muncii în întreprinderile de construcții, evidențiindu-se rolul și responsabilitățile acestora.

Al doilea capitol, ANALIZA PROCESULUI DE NORMARE A MUNCII ÎN CONSTRUCȚII reflectă o analiză a procesului de normare a muncii în construcții. Sunt identificate activitățile care necesită normare și se evidențiază problemele și limitările existente în acest proces. De asemenea, se examinează impactul normelor de muncă asupra calității construcțiilor, evidențiindu-se importanța unei normări adecvate pentru asigurarea unor standarde ridicate în domeniul construcțiilor.

Capitolul trei, STUDIU DE CAZ: NORMARE MUNCII ÎN CAZUL UNUI PROCES DE CONSTRUCȚII, reprezintă o analiză a normelor de timp pentru efectuarea unei gropi de fundație pentru un bloc locativ. Studiul efectuat este o comparatie a normelor de timp utilizate în URSS în 1988 și a celor actualizate din 2001.

Concluzii și recomandări: În urma rezultatelor obținute conform studiului de caz analizat pot spune cu certitudine că dezvoltarea economiei globale și industrializarea mondială a contribuit la schimbul de tehnologii și mecanisme care au ca scop micșorarea timpului de execuție practic a tuturor proceselor din domeniul contrucției.

Analizând rezultatele obținute am observat ca normele de timp în cazul excavarii pământului sau schimbat considerabil din 1988 până în 2001, ceea ce ne arată cât este de important,ca aceste norme de timp de executie a proceselor din domeniul construcției, să fie actualizate la timpurile prezentului. Pentru a exclude erorile de calcul a normelor de timp în domeniul construcției aș recomanda insistent ca acestea să fie modernizate. După cum sa observat din calculele elaborate în această teză de licență normele sau schimbat pe parcursul a 13 ani, ceea ce însemnă că din 2001 până în prezent (menționez că a trecut o perioadă de 22 de ani deja) acestea sau modificat considerabil, de aceea ele trebuie revizuite și calculate din nou. Acest lucru va spori exatitatea calculelor inginerești de devize.

The second chapter, "Analysis of the Work Standardization Process in Construction," provides an analysis of the work standardization process in construction. It identifies activities that require standardization and highlights the existing issues and limitations in this process. Furthermore, it examines the impact of work standards on construction quality, emphasizing the importance of appropriate standardization to ensure high standards in the construction industry.

Chapter three, "Case Study: Work Standardization in a Construction Process," represents an analysis of time standards for the excavation of a foundation pit for a residential building. The conducted study is a comparison of time standards used in the USSR in 1988 and the updated ones from 2001.

Conclusions and Recommendations: Based on the results obtained from the analyzed case study, it can be confidently stated that the global economic development and global industrialization have contributed to the exchange of technologies and mechanisms aimed at reducing the execution time of all processes in the construction field.

Analyzing the obtained results, it was observed that the time standards for excavation have significantly changed from 1988 to 2001, which demonstrates the importance of updating these execution time standards in the construction field to the present times. To avoid calculation errors in construction time standards, it is strongly recommended to modernize them. As observed from the calculations presented in this bachelor's thesis, the standards have changed over a period of 13 years, indicating that from 2001 to the present (noting that a period of 22 years has already passed), they have been significantly modified. Therefore, they need to be revised and recalculated. This will enhance the accuracy of engineering calculations in cost estimates.
