Managementul resurselor pentru construcţia casei de locuit în municipiul Chișinău

Abstract

Proiectul de licență “Managementul resurselor pentru construcţia casei de locuit în municipiul Chișinău” prezintă o abordare a aspectelor teoretice privind managementul resurselor umane și anume gestiunea resurselor umane în cadrul unui proiect de construcție.

Tratarea problematicii s-a executat prin intermediul metodelor de analiză și cercetare a ofertelor de muncă de pe piața autohtonă, analiza volumului de lucru, realizarea organigramei, de asemenea efectuarea calculelor ce țin de determinarea calendarului de lucru a resurselor umane.

Scopul lucrării constă în managementul resurselor umane din cadrul proiectului de construcție din municipiul Chișinău, prezentat în capitolul 3. Pentru realizarea scopului propus au fost formulate și realizate următoarele obiective:

Studiu conceptelor cu privire la resursele umane;

Analiza posturilor vacante de pe piața Republicii Moldova;

Analiza forței de muncă în cadrul întreprinderii de construcție;

Determinarea volumului de lucru in cadrul proiectului analizat;

Realizarea calendarul proceselor tehnologice;

Realizarea graficului de muncă.

Domeniul de cercetare este definit de analiza pieței forței de muncă în construcții și realizarea graficului de muncă față de proiectul analizat.

Obiectul cercetării reprezintă o casă de locuit tip P+M din municipiul Chișinău.

Rezultatele obținute reprezintă realizarea graficului de muncă a lucrătorilor în cadrul proiectului analizat.

The undergraduate project "Resource Management for the Construction of a residential house in Chisinau Municipality" presents an approach to the theoretical aspects of human resource management, namely human resource management in a construction project.

The treatment of the problem was carried out through the methods of analysis and research of job offers on the domestic market, analysis of the workload, making the organization chart, as well as performing calculations related to determining the work schedule of human resources.

The aim of the paper is the management of human resources in the construction project in Chisinau municipality, presented in Chapter 3. The following objectives have been formulated and achieved to achieve the proposed goal:

Study of human resources concepts;

Analysis of vacancies in the Moldovan market;

Analysis of the workforce in the construction company;

Determination of the workload in the analysed project;

Realization of the technological processes calendar;

Realization of the organization chart of human resources employed in the analysed project;

Realization of the work schedule.

The scope of the research is defined by the analysis of the construction labour market and the development of the work chart towards the project under analysis.

The results obtained represent the achievement of the work schedule of the workers in the analysed project.
