Acţiunea remediului Apifitostimulină asupra statutului imun al caprelor gestante

Abstract

În condiţiile actuale de întreţinere a animalelor acţionează un şir de factori de stres, care afectează sistemul cel mai complicat al organismului - sistemul imun, ceea ce deseori se manifestă prin stări imunodepresive, impunându-se necesitatea utilizării preparatelor cu acţiune imunostimulatoare. Scopul lucrării a fost studierea acţiunii remediului imunostimulator Apifititostimulină, administrat caprelor gestante, asupra statulului imun al acestora. Animalele au fost divizate după principiul analogic în 2 loturi, dintre care 10 capre în lotul experimental, cărora la a 105-a zi de gestaţie le-a fost administrat de 2 ori, cu interval de 14 zile, Apifititostimulină, în doză de 0,5-0,14ml, iar celor 10 capre din lotul martor, în acelaşi termen şi în aceleaşi doze, li s-a administrat soluţie fiziologică NaCl. Rezultatele obţinute demonstrează o acţiune pozitivă a remediului asupra dinamicii indicelui CIC şi asupra concentraţiei imunoglobulinelor IgA, IgG, IgM în sângele caprinelor gestante datorită proprietăţilor componenţilor incluşi în acest preparat (miere, polen, propolis).

In the current livestock management conditions animals are influenced by a number of stress factors that affect the most complex system of the body - the immune system, which is of ten manifested byimmune depressive states and the need arisesfor using preparation swith immunostimulatory effect. The aim of our research wasto study the effect of the immunostimulant remedy Apiphytostimulin on the immune status of pregnant goats. The animals weredivided into 2 groups according to the analogy principle: 10 goats in the experimental group, which at the 105th day of gestation were given Apiphytostimulin twice with the interval of 14 days in a dose of 0.5-0.14 ml; and 10 goats in the control group which were given the physiologic solution NaCl at the same time and in the same doses. The obtained results demonstrate a positive effect of the remedy on the dynamics of circulating immune complex values (CIC) and on immunoglobulin concentration (IgA,IgG, IgM) in the blood of the pregnant goats due to the properties of the components included in this preparation (honey, pollen and propolis).
