dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la biotehnologii, în particular la un procedeu de cultivare submersă a micromicetei Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 – producătoare de lipaze, care prevede obţinerea suspensiei de spori prin spălarea cu apă distilată sterilă a tulpinii crescute pe mediu malţ-agar, inocularea suspensiei (5% v/v) într-un mediu nutritiv apos, adăugarea si multană ca biostimulator a metalocomplexului tetra(izotiocianat)cobaltat(II) de tris(dimetil piridin-2,6-dicarboxilat)calciu, cu formula [CaL3] [Co(NCS)4], în următoarea cantitate, g/L: făină de soia – 35,0, (NH4)2SO4 - 1,0, KH2PO4 - 5,0, [CaL3][Co(SCN)4 0,005…0,015, cultivarea în condiţii de agitare continuă (180…200 rot/min), timp de 24 de ore, la temperature 28…30ºC. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology, and in particular to a process for submerged cultivation of Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 fungal strain, producer of lipases. The process, according to the invention, includes the preparation of a spore suspension of the strain grown for 30 days on a malt-agar medium, inoculation of the suspension in an amount of 5 vol.% in a nutrient aqueous medium containing, g/L: soy fl our – 35.0, (NH4)2SO4 – 1.0, KH2PO4 – 5.0, with the simultaneous addition of 0.005…0.015 g/L of [Ca(L)3][Co(NCS)4], where L – dimethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate, and cultivation with continuous stirring at 180- 200 rpm at the temperature of 28-30°C for 24 hours. | en_US |
