Awareness of various factors in the construction industry on the availability and performance of nanomaterials is very limited. Thus, in terms of the continuous development of society, we believe that this issue is present for assessors of real estate, as new products will increase the comfort and quality of life of people, this will increase the value of real property. Even if nanoparticles currently has some health risks of people believe that this is the future and during the course of these products will only improve and enhance life quality.
