dc.description.abstract | The study is made in the field of evaluation of real estate subject to the mortgage, was examined the conditions for the granting of mortgage credits by commercial banks from Moldova. Are researched the rates, terms, and maximum amounts for granting mortgage credits from developed countries and those developing countries. Are analyzed transactions with real estate in the purpose of mortgage, as well as the number of granting of mortgage credits by commercial banks for individuals.
