dc.description.abstract | Invenţiile se referă la microbiologie, și anume la un mediu nutritiv de cultivare a tulpinii – P. piceum CNMN-FD-21, care conţine: glucoză – 4,0%, NaNO3 – 0,5%, K2HPO4 – 0,5%, FeSO4·7H2O – 0,005%, extract de drojdii – 1,5%, polisorbat-20 – 2,0mM/l, 1 ml soluţie de mi-croelemente (compoziţia (%) – MnSO4·4H2O – 0,01, NH4Mo7O4·4H2O – 0,01, CuSO4 – 0,01, ZnSO4 – 0,02, CoCl2 – 0,02), apă distilată, pH – 6,0…6,2, și la mediul nutritiv pentru cultivarea tulpinii P. corylophilum CNMN-FD-20, care conţine: glucoză – 3,0%, NaNO3 – 0,1%, KH2PO4 – 0,1%, MgSO4·7H2O – 0,1%, CaCO3 – 0,2%, extract de drojdii – 1,0%, apă distilată, pH – 6,0…6,2. Mediile propuse micșorează durata de cultivare a tulpinilor cu o zi, la P. piceum sti-mulează activitatea catalazei cu 36%, iar la P. corylophilum majorează activitatea antifungică a metaboliţilor cu 20…50%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The inventions relate to microbiology: medium for cultivation of P. piceum CNMNFD-21 strain with composition: glucose – 4.0%, NaNO3 – 0.5%, K2HPO4 – 0.5%, FeSO4·7H2O – 0.005%, yeast extract – 1.5%, polysorbate-20 – 2.0 mM/L, 1 ml solution of microelements (composition (%)– MnSO4·4H2O – 0.01, NH4Mo7O4·4H2O – 0.01, CuSO4 – 0.01, ZnSO4 – 0.02, CoCl2 – 0.02), water, pH – 6.0…6.2; and medium for cultivation of P. corylophilum CNMN-FD-20 strain, contain: glucose – 3.0%, NaNO3 – 0.1%, KH2PO4 – 0.1%, MgSO4·7H2O – 0.1%, CaCO3 – 0.2%, yeast extract – 1.0%, water, pH – 6.0…6.2.
