The processes consist of preserving the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 by using lyophilization with protective media consisting of skimmed milk and 5…10% vol bioactive extracts from Spirulina platensis biomass. The processes ensure the stimulation of protein content in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 biomass.
