dc.description.abstract | Procedeul de cultivare submersă a tulpinii de fungi Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 producătoare de lipaze include pregătirea suspensiei de spori a culturii de 30 de zile, crezcute pe suprafeţe înclinate de malţ-agar, inocularea ei pe un mediu nutritiv şi cultivarea la temperatura de 28...30ºC timp de 48 de ore, caracterizat prin aceea că suspensia de spori înainte de inoculare se tratează cu nanoparticule de Fe3O4 cu dimensiunea de 65…70 nm, în concentraţie de 5…10 mg/l.
