dc.description.abstract	Scopul cercetărilor a fost de a evalua prin metoda spectrofotometrică UV-Vis (spectrofotometru DR5000) conținutul total de polifenoli (CTP) și conținutul total de flavonoide (CTF) în trei tipuri de extracte hidrofile din semințele izolate din tescovina fermentată a strugurilor autohtoni de soiul Moldova.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the research was to evaluate, by the spectrophotometric UV-Vis method (spectrophotometer DR5000), the total content of polyphenols (TPC) and the total content of flavonoids (TFC) in three types of hydrophilic extracts from the seeds isolated from the fermented pomace of the Moldova native grapes variety.	en_US
