dc.description.abstract | The proposal of investigations was to establish the presence of Salmonella spp. serotypes on incubation wastes (eggshells) from incubators for broilers and laying hens with destination for individuals and farmer’s needs. The bacteriological examinations have shown that the hatching enclosures remain associated bacterial microflora and the predominant bacterial forms was represented by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Salmonella spp., E. coli, and fungal. In most exanimated samples, the bacterial forms were associated by two or three contaminants including Salmonella spp. Bacterial forms isolated from chickens hatched shells have shown that the majority of antibiotics used in poultry grow had the reduced susceptibility et the bacterial isolate forms. The most effective bacterial growth inhibition was obtained by florfinicol with the inhibition zone until 13 mm. | en_US |
