dc.description.abstract | Spirulina platensis is widely used as a biotransformer of bioelements and as a producer of biologically active substances with a wide spectrum of use. The current study is aimed at objectively examining the action of the product ZooBioR (obtained from Spirulina platensis) on health, bioproductive indicators, and especially the marker parameters of protein metabolism in hens, in the first technological phase of laying. The scientific study was performed on 5 groups of birds (14 heads /lot) in 4 of which the food was supplemented with the remedy ZooBioR in different doses (5.0; 10.0; 15.0; 20.0 mg of active substance/kg feed). It has been established that the ZooBioR remedy is well tolerated by young hens and exhibits anti-stress and adaptive properties. The data shows that the tested product improves the health of laying hens in the first technological period of laying, contributes significantly to improving metabolic processes in the body, especially lipid metabolism (decrease in various stages of research in blood serum of total lipids, cholesterol , triglycerides and in particular the content of β-lipoproteins). In addition, supplementing the feed of laying hens with the phytopreparation ZooBioR, especially with 5-10 mg active substance/kg of combined feed, determines the increase of egg production, as well as maintaining body weight at higher levels compared to the reference values. | en_US |
