Abstract

Instituția educațională constitue o cladire amplasata la periferia satului Brăila din comuna Băcioi. Constructia in plan are o forma dreptunchiulara cu dimensiunile de 35,4m x 12,4m. Constuctia are 2 nivele si are ca scop de a caza 45 de copii. Instituția educaționala are 3grupe,fiecare grupe vu capacitatea de 15 copii. Fiecare grupa are urmatoarele incaperi: Vestiar,Sala de grupa, Spatiu pentru distribuirea de hrana, Dormitor(15 paturi), Baie si WC separate. La primul nivel(Parter)este amplasata 1 grupa, Sectia de prelucrare carne, peste si legume, Depozit, Bucătarie, Depozit legume, Spalatorie,Încapere pentru calcat haine, Baie si WC pentru personal, Încapere pentru personal, Încapere tehnica, Cabinet director si metodist, Cabinet medical/sală de proceduri, Izolator, Baie si WC (izolator) Al 2 nivel (Plan etaj) dispune 2 grupe si o sală festivă. Instituția de educație timpurie dispune de toate incaperele necesare pentru asa tip de construție.Toate incaperele au suprafața minima nesesara si sunt iluminate si ventilate destul ca sa corespundă tuturor normlor in vigoare.

Structura cladirii proiectate este realizata din beton armat, constrituind: fundatie izolata ; stilpi (0.4x0.4m) , grinzi (0.4x0.4m) si plansee (h= 0.16m). Structura realizata asigura stabilitate si rezistenta pe termen lung.

Compartimentarea include peretii din BCA (h=0.4m) pe exterior si interiorul holurilor, pereti interiori de divizare din caramida (h=0.10m).

Accesul pe verticala in constructie se realizeaza pe scari din beton armat monolit ( 1 scari).

The educational institution consists of a building located on the outskirts of Braila village in Băcioi commune. The construction in plan has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 35.4m x 12.4m. The construction has 2 levels and aims to accommodate 45 children. The educational institution has 3 groups, each group with a capacity of 15 children. Each group has the following rooms: Locker room, Group room, Space for food distribution, Bedroom (15 beds), Bathroom and separate WC. On the first level (ground floor) there is 1 group, Meat, fish and vegetable processing section, Warehouse, Kitchen, Warehouse vegetables, Laundry room, Room for ironing clothes, Bathroom and WC for staff, Room for staff, Technical room, Director and methodist office, Medical office/procedure room, Isolator, Bathroom and WC (isolator) 2nd level (Floor plan) has 2 groups and a festive hall. The early education institution has all the necessary rooms for this type of construction. All rooms have the minimum floor space and are lit and ventilated enough to comply with all the norms in force. The structure of the designed building is made of reinforced concrete, consisting of: isolated foundation; pillars (0.4x0.4m), beams (0.4x0.4m) and slabs (h= 0.16m). The realized structure ensures long-term stability and resistance.

The partitioning includes the BCA walls (h=0.4m) on the exterior and interior of the hallways, interior partition walls made of brick (h=0.10m).

Vertical access to the construction is made on monolithic reinforced concrete stairs (1 stairs).
