Bloc locativ cu regim în elevație D+P+9E+PH amplasat pe strada Tudor Vladimirescu, municipiul Chişinău

Abstract

În cadrul executării proiectului de licenţă, a fost realizată proiectarea unui bloc locativ cu regim în elevație D+P+9E+PH amplasat pe strada Tudor Vladimirescu, municipiul Chişinău. Capitolul I poartă denumirea de„ Arhitectura construcţiilor ” coține 4 coli A1, unde se este reprezentat planul general de amplasare a construcţiei care a fost executat la scara 1:500, indicii tehnico-economici, plan parter, plan etaj tip realizate la scara 1:100, plan fațade și secțiuni. În memoriu sunt descries datele necesare pentru proiectare, caracteristica arhitecturală a clădirii cu specificarea încăperilor, soluţii pentru executarea pereţilor, amenajarea teritoriului și zonelor cu spații verzi precum şi conectarea blocului la reţele exterioare de alimentare cu apă, canalizare, energie electrică , internet, etc.

În cel de-al doilea copartiment este realizat calculul elementelor de rezistenţă a clădirii: coloane, grinzi, planşeu, diafragme. Eforturile de calcul sunt preluate din programul de calcul SCAD Office. Respectiv în partea grafică se prezintă 3 coli A1 cu armarea elementelor calculate şi cantitatea de armătură.

Capitolul III are ca drept scop cercetarea condițiilor geologice a pamântului și este executat calculul fundațiilor a obiectivului proiectat. Ca rezultat al executării calculelor este reprezentat o coală A1 cu partea grafică unde sunt relatate soluțiile de proiectare.

În cel de-al patrulea capitol sunt relatate tehnologiile de execuție a lucrărilor de construcție, precum: excecutarea fundațiilor pe piloți, lucrărilor de terasamente, lucrărilor de executare a infrastructurii. Sunt relatate calculele volumului de manoperă și durata de executare.

Capitolul V are ca drept scop elaborarea planului general al șantierului și graficul calendaristic de executare a lucărilor, necesarul de forțe de muncă, mecanisme și utilaje și materiale de construcție.

Capitolul VI are menirea de a obține costul de deviz al obiectivului proiectat, care a fost întocmit in programul de calcul WinCmeta.

Capitolul VII este realizat datorită de a cunoaște regulile de Securitate în muncă și factorii de risc care pot fi prezenți in decursul lucrărilor de construcție-montaj și măsuri de prevenire a situațiilor de risc.

As part of the execution of the license project, the design of a residential block with elevation regime D+P+9E+PH, located on Tudor Vladimirescu street, Chişinău municipality, was carried out. Chapter I is called "Architecture of constructions" covers 4 A1 sheets, where the general location plan of the construction is represented, which was executed on a scale of 1:500, technical-economic indices, ground floor plan, floor plan made on scale 1: 100, plan facades and sections. In the memorandum are described the data necessary for the design, the architectural characteristics of the building with the specification of the rooms, solutions for the execution of the walls, the arrangement of the territory and areas with green spaces, as well as the connection of the block to the external networks of water supply, sewage, electricity, internet, etc.

In the second compartment, the calculation of the resistance elements of the building is carried out: columns, beams, floor, diaphragms. Calculation efforts are taken from the SCAD Office calculation program. Respectively, in the graphic part, 3 A1 sheets are presented with the reinforcement of the calculated elements and the amount of reinforcement.

Chapter III aims to research the geological conditions of the land and calculate the foundations of the projected objective. As a result of performing the calculations, an A1 sheet is represented with the graphic part where the design solutions are reported

In the fourth chapter, the construction work execution technologies are described, such as: the execution of foundations on piles, embankment works, infrastructure execution works. Calculations of the volume of work and the duration of execution are reported.

Chapter V has as its purpose the elaboration of the general plan of the construction site and the calendar schedule for the execution of the works, the need for labor forces, mechanisms and machinery and construction materials.

Chapter VI is intended to obtain the estimated cost of the designed objective, which was drawn up in the WinCmeta calculation program.

Chapter VII is made thanks to knowing the rules of Safety at work and the risk factors that may be present during the construction-assembly works and measures to prevent risk situations.
