Managementul situațiilor de urgență la o instituție de tip grădiniță- creșă

Abstract

Scopul principal al proiectului de licență,, Managementul situațiilor de urgență la o instituție de tip grădiniță-creșă,, constă în evaluarea pericolului de incendiu, evaluarea și îmbunătățirea măsurilor de siguranță a unei instituții publice de tip grădiniță-creșă de tip nocturn. Incendiile se manifestă prin diverse fenomene fizice care arată începutul procesului de ardere, precum ar fi (foc deschis, căldura, fumul, miros, sunetul, scântei....etc.). Incendiul poate fi provocat atunci când încălcăm regimul antiincendiar stabilit de autorități și instituții. Anume aceste încălcări duc la creșterea riscului de incendiu și a declanșării lui. În primul capitol – COMPARTIMENTUL SPECIAL, constă în descrierea obiectivului dat, partea sa arhitecturală cu toate sistemele sale inginerești. În acest capitol sunt descrise spațiile obiectivului, compartimentarea încăperiilor, lucrările de finisare interior dar și exterior, riscul la incendiu în aceste construcții ...ș.a. De asemenea în acest compartiment este descris scopul aceste instutuții, care are un rol primordial în societate, pentru dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor , creind beneficii atât copiilor, cât și părinților. În capitolul II – COMPARTIMENTUL TEHNOLOGIC, este inclusă prezentarea generală a propagării incendiului în elementele de construcție, care la rândul său depinde de multți factori , este inclus tipul dar și caracteristicile materialului, condițiile meteo...ș.a. La fel este descris rezistența la foc a materialelor de construcție, factorii ce influențează propagarea incendiului, dar și pericolul propagării incendiului în vecinătăți. În capitolul III – COMPARTIMENTUL MANAGERIAL, este descris posibilitatea declanșării unui pericol în grădinița dată, incendiul și fazele lui, dar și un studiu de caz privind izbucnirea incendiului în gr. ,, Pas cu Pas”, care este rezolvat printr-o problemă , despre timpul lucrului pompierilor cu focul, timpul lichidării incendiului dar și numărul de pompieri necesari. În capitolul IV – COMPARTIMENTUL ECONOMIC, sunt prezentate generalități despre unitatea de pompieri, costurile aproximative ce s-au produs la incendiul din grădinița respectivă, și care sunt costurile directe dar și indirecte ce își asumă unitatea de pompieri. În ultimul capitol V – SECURITATEA ACTIVITĂȚII VITALE – unul din cele mai importante capitole privind prevenirea incendiilor, cauzele incendiului la grădinițe, dar și echipamentul de intervenție a eroilor ce dețin curajul, deticânduse și sacrificânduse pentru protejarea vieților și bunurilor materiale ale oamenilor, acești eroi sunt – POMPIERII.

The main purpose of the license project ,,Emergency Situations Management safety measures of a public institution of kindergarten-night type. Fires are manifested by various physical phenomena that show the beginning of the combustion process, such as (open fire, heat, smoke, smell, sound, sparks etc.). Fire can be caused when we violate the anti-fire regime established by the authorities and institutions. It is these violations that lead to increased risk of fire and at a public institution,, consists in assessing the fire hazard, evaluating and improving the its triggering. In the first chapter – THE SPECIAL COMPARTMENT, it consists in describing the given goal, its architectural part with all its engineering systems. In this chapter are described the objective spaces, the partitioning of the rooms, the interior and exterior finishing works, the fire risk in these constructions s.a.also in this section is described the purpose of this institution, which has a primary role in society, for the early development of children , creating benefits for both children and parents. In Chapter II- TECHNOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT, the general presentation of the fire propagation in the building elements is included , which in turn depends on many factors, the type and characteristics of the material, weather conditions are included s.a.the fire resistance of the building materials, the factors that influence the fire propagation, as well as the danger of fire propagation in the neighborhood are also described. In Chapter III- MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, it is described the possibility of triggering a danger in the given kindergarten, the fire and its phases, but also a case study on the fire outbreak in gr. ,, Step by step", which is solved by a problem, about the time of the firefighters' work with the fire, the time of the liquidation of the fire but also the number of firefighters needed. In Chapter IV-ECONOMIC COMPARTMENT, there are presented generalities about the fire unit, the approximate costs that occurred at the fire in the respective kindergarten, and which are the direct and indirect costs that the fire unit assumes. In the last chapter V – SECURITY OF VITAL ACTICITY-ONE of the most important chapters on fire prevention, causes of fire in kindergartens, but also the intervention equipment of heroes who have the courage, deticating and sacrificing to protect people's lives and material goods, these heroes are – firefighters.
