Abstract

Scopul tezei de licență constă în a estima valoarea bunului imobil cu destinație specială, și anume a conductei de gaze naturale, care este amplasată în r. Căușeni . Estimarea valorii de piață a obiectului evaluării ,,Conducta de gaze naturale de presiune medie din r. Căușeni, prin aplicarea abordărilor și metodelor studiate, și aplicarea lor în procesul de evaluare. Obiectivele cercetării: Studierea temeinică cadrului legislativ național și normativ; Studierea metodologiei pentru estimarea valorii bunurilor imobile cu destinație specială; Determinarea și identificarea obiectului evaluării ,,Conducta de gaze naturale din r .Căușeni; Estimarea valorii de piață a obiectului evaluării, prin aplicarea abordărilor și metodelor studiate, și aplicarea lor în procesul de evaluare.

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to estimate the value of the real estate with a special purpose, namely the natural gas pipeline, which is located in the district of Căușeni.
