Abstract

In lucrare este expusă tehnologia fabricării și montării a componentelor de echilibrare a tehnicii grele. Tehnologia de sudură a componentelor de echilibrare a tehnicii grele, prin procedeul de sudare cu electrozi înveliți, sudarea cu electrozi fuzibili in mediu de gaz protector. Se prezintă regimurile de sudare. Se analizează modificările structurale care se datorează ciclului termic. S-a realizat controlul nedestructiv a componentelor de echilibrare a tehnicii grele.

In the work, the technology of manufacturing and assembling the balancing components of heavy equipment is exposed. The welding technology of the balancing components of the heavy equipment, through the welding process with covered electrodes, welding with fusible electrodes in a protective gas environment. Welding regimes are presented. The structural changes due to the thermal cycle are analyzed. The non-destructive control of the balancing components of the heavy equipment was carried out.
