Proiectarea unui sistem de utilaje pentru procesarea primară şi intermediară a materiei prime pentru vin

Abstract

Industria vinicolă este tradiţional considerată o ramură de bază şi strategică pentru economia R. Moldova. Aceasta afirmaţie este susţinută atât de contribuţia directă a acestei ramuri la formarea principalilor indicatori de performanţă a economiei, cât şi de cea indirectă, dată de influenţa acesteia asupra altor sectoare ale economiei, prin intermediul lanţului valoric care asigură funcţionarea sectorului respectiv, de tradiţiile, istoria, implicaţiile culturale şi mai ales cele sociale. Acestea din urmă se referă la faptul că ramura respectivă este o sursă importantă de venituri directe pentru o mare parte din populaţia ţării, în special populaţie rurală, ceea ce este foarte important într-o economie preponderent agrară, cât şi de venituri indirecte, prin intermediul impozitelor şi altor contribuţii la bugetul de stat.

The wine industry is traditionally considered a basic and strategic branch for the economy of the Republic of Moldova. This statement is supported both by the direct contribution of this branch to the formation of the main performance indicators of the economy, and by the indirect one, given by its influence on other sectors of the economy, through the value chain that ensures the functioning of the respective sector, by traditions, history , cultural and especially social implications. The latter refer to the fact that the respective branch is an important source of direct income for a large part of the country's population, especially the rural population, which is very important in a predominantly agrarian economy, as well as indirect income, through taxes and other contributions to the state budget.
