Abstract

Scopul cercetării: este de a analiza și de a oferi o înțelegere detaliată a procesului de construcție și getionare a proceselor de construcție. Teza se concentrează pe identificare și evaluarea a procedeelor de management în construcții. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea tezei: Metodologia cercetării se bazează pe analiza retrospectivă a companiei de construcție, activitatea curentă și perspectivele de activitate a companiei. În teza elaborată am identificat și arătat importanța managementului în activitatea copaniei de construcție.

The purpose of the research: is to analyze and provide a detailed understanding of the construction process and management of construction processes. The thesis focuses on the identification and evaluation of construction management procedures. Methods applied in the development of the thesis: The research methodology is based on the retrospective analysis of the construction company, its current activity and what are the prospects for future activity. In the developed thesis, we identified and showed the importance of management in the construction company's activity.
