dc.description.abstract The article presents the analysis of two coordinating organic compounds DC 136b and DC 114. Both compounds show high toxicity at a dose of 100 μM, seriously affecting the population of Paramecium caudatum. Toxic effects are strongest in the first 48-72 hours, with a slight stabilization after 96 hours, depending on the concentration. DC 136 b is more toxic in the long term than DC 114, although both compounds have severe toxicity at high doses. At low concentrations (1 μM and 0.1 μM), the toxic effects are moderate and allow partial survival of the organisms, suggesting that these concentrations are safer for use. en_US
