dc.description.abstract | The traditional winemaking in the North part of the Black Sea has begun its developmental scientific way in 18-19 century due to opening of the qualified winemaking Stations in Krim, Kishinev, Odessa, whose achievements were described in the first part of the essay. In the second part, are presented the educational and training establishments in Basaraby, the activity facts of enologists and their written editions and research works. The third part of the essay is concerned to crisis in the philloxer period which leaded to organisation of High Cources for specialists that took place in Winemaking stations in Odessa under supervision of V.Tairov. | en_US |
