dc.description.abstract | The possibilities of nanostructured crystals of tetrathiotetracene-iodide as sensible elements of thermoelectric sensors of long wave lengths infrared radiation are analyzed .The power factor of these crystals is modulated as function of carriers concentration and other parameters. A more complete crystal model is used which takes into account simultaneously two more important electron-phonon interactions and scattering on impurities. It is shown that for optimal crystal parameters the power factor can attain values much greater than in known inorganic materials and structures. Recommendations for obtaining such crystals are presented. | en_US |
