dc.description.abstract | Thermoelectric effects are those that refer to direct transformation of the temperature difference into an electrical energy and inversely. These effects are applied in thermoelectric devices that are used in different domains and have much more promising prospects in the future. The values for the thermoelectric figure of merit are analyzed and presented. Now, for the thermoelectric figure of merit values of the order of 3.8 have been measured. In the same time, the highest value of ZT = 20 were predicted theoretically. | en_US |
