A study of some toxicological characteristics of azo dyes

Abstract

In the paper there has been studied the possibility to identify the forbidden amines that can be released by reductive cleavage of the azo groups of the dyes. The experiments have been conducted using the thin layer technique. In all the experiments it has been presumed that the nature of the dye and of the textile material that has been dyed are known, but not the chemical structure of the dye. To extract the dyes pure solvents as well as mixtures have been used. The samples that showed no forbidden amines content had on the spotting passage no colored spot, or the colored spot that appeared had elution rates and development colors different to the standard amines.

În lucrare este urmărită identificarea aminelor aromatice interzise care pot fi puse în libertate prin scindarea reductivă a grupelor azo din coloranţii azoici, experimentările fiind efectuate prin tehnica de cromatografie pe strat subţire. În toate experimentările realizate se consideră a fi cunoscute natura suportului textil şi clasa tinctorială a colorantului, dar nu şi structura acestuia. Probele care la analiza prin cromatografie pe strat subţire nu conţin amine aromatice interzise, după developarea plăcii cromatografice, pe culoarul pe care au fost spotate, fie nu apare nici un spot colorat (nu se pun în libertate amine), fie apar spoturi colorate dar cu viteze de eluţie şi culori de developare diferite de cele ale aminelor aromatice etalon.

Dans l’article on est présente la possibilité d’identifie les amines aromatiques interdites qui peuvent être libères par le clivage des groupes azo des colorants. Toutes les expérimentations ont été conduites en utilisant la technique de la chromatographie, en considérant qu’on connaît la nature du matériau textile, mais pas la structure chimique du colorant. Les semples qui ne contiennent pas des amines interdites, après le développement de la plaque cromatographique, ne contient pas des spots colorés ou les spots colorais ont une vitesse d’élution et une couleur de développement différente de celles des amines étalon.

Целью работы является идентификация запрещенных ароматных аминов, которые могут быть освобождены при редуцированном разделении групп азо из азоидных красителей. Эксперименты были выполнены на хроматографической технике на тонком слое. Во всех выполненных экспериментах считаются известными природа текстильного основания и тинктурный класс красителей, но не его структура. Для выведения красителей с текстильных материалов были выполнены эксперименты с унитарными разбавителями и смесями различных разбавителей.
