Evaluation of the energy performance of public utility

Abstract

The paper presents some aspects regarding the evaluation of the energy performance concerned of the hygrothermic comfort and the economy of energy in civil buildings of other destination than dwelling. The authors present the actual problems in connection with fuel consumption, for permanent or intermittent working plant in cold season, and the effects on the inhabitants, as well as on the environment.

Lucrarea de faţă analizează o serie de aspecte privind satisfacerea exigenţelor de performanţă privind confortul higrotermic şi economia de energie în clădiri civile având o altă destinaţie decât locuirea. Se prezintă problematica actuală privind consumurile de combustibil pentru asigurarea funcţionării continue sau intermitente, în sezonul rece, efectele asupra cheltuielilor de întreţinere şi consecinţele asupra mediului înconjurător.

Le travail ci-après représente une série d’aspects concernant la satisfaction des exigences de performance de confort thermique et d’économie d’énergie dans les bâtiments autres que d’habitation. Sont présentés les problèmes actuels de la maîtrise de l’énergie et du combustible, pour la fonction continue ou transitoire, durant la saison froide, les effets sur le budget national et familial et les conséquences sur l’environnement.

В настоящей работе анализируются ряд аспектов удовлетворения требований к хигротермическому комфорту и экономию энергии в гражданских нежилых зданиях. Приведена актуальная проблематика потребления топлива для обеспечения бесперерывного или прерывистого функционирования в холодном сезоне, эффекты на расходы по содержанию и их влияние на окружающую среду.
