Caracteristica generală şi tendinţele principale de dezvoltare a activităţii de antreprenoriat în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În întreaga lume se observă tendinţa de recunoaştere a IMM-urilor ca şi o componentă cheie a sistemelor de producţie şi, în general, a sistemului economic. În aceste condiţii, un număr mare de studii au fost realizate asupra rolului creşterii performanţelor acestor întreprinderi în dezvoltarea economică a țării. Obiectivul articolului este de a analiza profilul întreprinderilor după forma organizatorico-juridică de administrare, forma de proprietate, genul de activitate, mărimea întreprinderii, potenţialul și rezultatele activităţii întreprinderilor.

There is a worldwide tendency for the recognition of SMEs as a key component of production systems and, in general, of the economic system. In these circumstances, a large number of studies have been done on the role of growth performance of these enterprises in the economic development of the country. The objective of this article is to analyze the profile of enterprises by legal form of management, ownership, type of activity, company size, potential and results of business activity.

Dans le monde entier il y a une tendance pour la reconnaissance des PME comme un élément clé des systèmes de production et, en général, le système économique. Dans ces circonstances, un grand nombre d'études ont été faites sur le rôle de la performance de croissance de ces entreprises dans le développement économique du pays. L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser le profil des entreprises par forme juridique de la gestion, de la propriété, type d'activité, taille de l'entreprise, le potentiel et les résultats de l'activité de l'entreprise.

Во всем мире существует тенденция к признанию малого и среднего бизнеса в качестве одного из ключевых компонентов производственных систем и, в целом, экономической системы. В этих условиях большое количество исследований было сделано относительно роли роста этих предприятий в экономическом развитии страны. Цель данной статьи состоит в том, чтобы проанализировать профиль предприятий по организационно-правовой формы управления, собственности, вида деятельности, размера компании, потенциал и результаты хозяйственной деятельности.
