Iluzii majore in politica sociala din minerit

Abstract

Lucrarea reprezintă nişte referinţe concrete ale iluziei majore: de a obţine totul în sensul de a-şi apropia avantajele şi a evita dezavantajele ambelor sisteme – capitalist şi socialist. Sunt analizate unele situaţii concrete din primele luni ale perioadei postrevoluţionare. Se arată că fenomenele, ce au loc în mineritul românesc în linii mari sunt identice cu cele din Bulgaria, Germania, Rusia în ramura respectivă.

The paper presents some concrete references of the major illusions: to obtain everything, meaning to bring nearer the advantages and to avoid the disadvantages of both capitalist and socialist systems. Some concrete situations of the first month of the post-revolutionary period are analysed. It is shown that the phenomena, occurring in the Romanian mining industry, in general are identical with those that occur in Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, in the mentioned industrial sector.

Le travail represente des references concrete d’illusion majeure: obtenir tout pour s’approprier les avantage et eviter les desavantages des deux systeme – capitaliste et socialist. On analyse des situations concretes juste apres la revolution. Les phenomenes qui ont lieu dans la houillerie romaine sont identiques a ceux de la Bulgarie, l’Alemagne et la Russie. On explique ces phenomenes propre a la houillerie.

В работе отражаются конкретные аспекты иллюзий: получить все, т.е. использовать положительные и отрицательные моменты обеих систем – капиталистической и социалистической. Проанализированы некоторые конкретные ситуации первых месяцев постреволюционного периода. Выявлено, что феномены, которые имеют место в угольной промышленности Румынии в общих чертах идеентичны с теми, которые имеют место в угольной промышленности Болгарии, Германии и России.
