Prelucrarea prin aşchiere a suprafeţelor preventiv deformate – procedeu de perspectivă

Abstract

Pentru mărirea durabilităţii sculelor aşchietoare la prelucrarea oţelurilor maleabile se propune durificarea preventivă, proces, care a fost implementat cu succes la broşarea găurilor pieselor de tip culbutor.

For going up of the durability of the machining tools at the making of mild steel is proposed the advanced straining, process which was applied in practice at the broaching, the parts of holes valve rocker type.

Afin d’augmenter la durabilité des outils tranchants pour le traitement des aciers malléables on propose la déformation plastique préventive, procédé qui a été implémenté au brochage intérieur des pièces de type levier culbuteur.

Для повышения стойкости режущих инструментов при обработке вязких сталей предложен метод опережающего пластического деформирования обрабатываемых поверхностей, который был успешно внедрен при протягивании отверстий в деталях типа коромысла клапана.
