Les études elastiques et plastiques des propriétés des couvertures de composition galvaniques

Abstract

Dans le travail l'analyse est ensuivie est élastique - les déformations de plastique, la microdureté non restituée (Hh) et le fer de microdureté dynamique, le fer-nickel et chromique coverings. Il est établi, cela non restituée (Hh) et la microdureté (Hd) dynamique et aussi une microdureté paritaire (Hh, Hd, H/Hh, H/Hd) coverings galvanique ont le caractère extrême avec le changement une condition de l'électrolyse. Les valeurs extrêmes de ces caractéristiques (Hh, Hd, H/Hh, H/Hd) coïncident avec les recommandations reçues par nous pour le fer, le fer-nickel et chromique coverings du point de vue de maintenance avec leur résistance à l'usure.

În lucrare se prezintă analiza deformaţiilor elastice şi plastice, a microdurităţii nerestabilite (Hh), dinamice (Hd) şi corapoartelor microdurităţilor (H/Hh), (H/Hd) ale acoperirilor galvanice de fier, fier-nikel, crom. S-a constatat că microduritatea nerestabilită (Hh), dinamică (Hd) şi corapoartelor microdurităţilor (H/Hh), (H/Hd) ale acoperirilor galvanice au un caracter extremal cu schimbarea condiţiilor de electroliză. Valorile extreme ale acestor caracteristici (Hh; Hd; H/Hh; H/Hd), ale acoperirilor galvanice de fier, fier-nichel, crom, corespund recomandărilor duratei de funcţionare optimă a acestor acoperiri.

In work the analysis is resulted is elastic - plastic deformations, unrestored microhardness (Hh) and dynamic microhardness iron, iron - nickel and chromic coverings. It is established, that unrestored microhardness (Hh) and dynamic (Hd) microhardness, and also a parity microhardness (Hh, Hd, H/Hh, H/Hd) galvanic coverings have extreme character with change a condition the electrolysis. Extreme values of these characteristics (Hh, Hd, H/Hh, H/Hd) coincide with the recommendations received by us for iron, iron - nickel and chromic coverings from the point of view of maintenance with their optimum wear resistance.

В работе приведен анализ упруго – пластических деформаций, невостановленной (Hh) и динамической микротвёрдостей железных, железо - никелевых и хромовых покрытий. Установлено, что невостановленная (Hh) и динамическая (Hd) микро-твёрдости, а также соотношение микротвёрдостей (Hh, Hd, H/Hh, H/Hd) гальванических покрытий имеют экстремальный характер с изменением условии электролиза. Экстремальные значения этих характеристик совпадают с полученными нами рекомендациями для железных, железо - никелевых и хромовых покрытий с точки зрения обеспечения их оптимальной износостойкостью.
