dc.description.abstract | Lucrarea prezentă este dedicată studierii unor factori şi influenţa lor asupra formării în timpul creşterii şi maturării, şi modificării în perioada de păstrare a unor compuşi din compoziţia chimică a strugurilor de masă. Calculele efectuate permit prognoza nivelului de acumulare şi a caracterului modificării unor compuşi din compoziţia chimică şi obţinerea strugurilor cu proprietăţi de consum şi tehnologice cele mai reuşite. | en_US |
