Optimizarea soluţiilor constructive şi a tehnologiilor de execuţie a clădirilor de locuit multietajate

Abstract

Lucrarea tratează problema optimizării structurilor etajate prin prisma indicelui de cost pe durata de serviciu. Sunt prezentate rezultatele practice ale optimizării pentru structurile P+4 şi P+9, criteriul de optimizare fiind indicatorul de performanţă a structurii de rezistenţă, calculat în funcţie de durata de serviciu şi valoarea de investiţie pe unitate de folosinţă.

The work treats the problem of optimization of multistoried structures, through the sign of cost during the service. It presents the practical results of optimization. The performance indicator`s variation of the structure`s resistance in accordance with the length of service and the initial value of investment on the unit of utilization, for the structures P+4 and P+9.

L'article traite le problème d'optimisation de construction des bâtiments, à travers le prisme de l'indice du coût pendant la durée d'exploitation. On a présenté les résultats pratiques après l'optimisation, la variation de l'indicateur de performance de la structure qui appartient à la résistance, en fonction de la durée d'exploitation et la valeur initiale d'investis-sement par chaque unité, pour les structures P+4 et P+9.

В работе изложена проблема оптимизации конструктивных решений и технологии возведения жилых многоэтажных зданий. Представлены практические результаты оптимизации показателя усовершенствования каркаса жилых зданий в зависимости от срока эксплуатации и капитальных вложений на кв.м.
