dc.description.abstract | Dans cette publication scientifique on a examiné la régularité du déchet de poids des fruits et légumes dans la période d’âpres la récolte en fonction de paramètres du milieu: la température, l’humidité relative de l’air, la molalité et composition. Il en résulté que le traitement des matériaux expérimentales des études sur la base du concept bioénergétique de la pouvoir de conservation qui a été élaboré par l’auteur a permis d’obtenir les relations pour calculer les pertes de masse en fonction de ces facteurs. | fr |
