Impactul tehnologiei informaţionale asupra sistemului organizaţional

Abstract

Studiile dedicate efectelor tehnologiilor informaţionale asupra organizaţiilor au vizat abandonul progresiv al orientărilor de tip deterministic în favoarea contribuţiilor care subliniază posibilitatea de alegere pe care tehnologia o face posibilă. Interacţiunea între tehnologii şi structuri organizaţionale este dinamică deoarece ambele componente ale acestei relaţii se caracterizează prin complexitate, nesiguranţă şi interdependenţă.

Studies dedicated to the effects of the information technologies on organisations aim at the progressive abandonment of determinative type orientations in favour of contributions which underline the possibility of choice that technology can make possible. The interaction between technology and organisational structures is dynamical, since both components of this relation are characterized by complexity, interdependence, and uncertainty.

Les études dédiées aux effets des technologies de l’information sur les organisations visent l’abandon progressif des orientations de type déterminatif á faveur des contributions qui soulignent la possibilité de choix que la technologie peut rendre possible. L’interaction entre la technologie et les structures organisationnelles est dynamique, car tous les deux composants de cette relation se caractérisent par complexité, interdépendance et incertitude.

Исследования, посвященные влиянию информационной технологии на организациях, имели цель прогрессивный отказ от направлений детерминисткого типа в пользу контрибуций, которые подчеркивают возможность выбора технологии. Взаимодействие между технологии и организационной структуры является динамической, потому что обе компоненты этой зависимости характеризируется сложностью, неуверенностью и взаимозависимостью.
