Ingineria, agent pivotal al schimbării şi perspectiva sistemului inovaţiei

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare are ca scop analiza contribuţiei inginerilor pe frontul de învăţare continuă şi în privinţa inovatiei, transformând cunoaşterea în valoare adăugată şi făcând posibilă recunoaşterea modului în care lucrează relaţia inovaţie-creştere economică. Educaţia oferă capacitatea de adaptare la schimbare, dezvoltând capacitatea de a învăţa noi abilităţi şi asimilând noua cunoaştere.

The present paper is aimed to analyze the contribution of the engineers to the continuous learning’ front and innovation, while transforming knowledge in value added and making it possible to recognize the way the relationship innovation-economic growth works. Education offers the capacity to adapt to change, by developing the capacity to learn new abilities and assimilate the new knowledge.

Ce travail a comme but l’analyse de la contribution des ingénieures sur le front du savoir continu et concernant l’innovation, en transformant le savoir en valeur ajouté et en faisant possible la reconnaissance de la modalité de travail de la relation innovation-croissance économique. L’éducation offre la capacité d’adaptation au changement, en développant la capacité d’apprendre des nouveaux habilités et en assimilant le nouvel savoir.

Целью настоящей работы является анализ вклада инженеров в области непрерывного образования и в сфере инновации, преобразуя знание в прибавочную стоимость и делая возможным признание условий при которых работает зависимость новшество – экономический рост. Образование предлагает способность адаптироваться к изменениям, развивая способность к приобретению новых качеств и ассимиляции новых знаний.
