Unele aspecte privind drepturile de autor şi drepturile conexe

Abstract

Dreptul de autor este o sintagmă care defineşte legislaţia care se referă la protecţia operelor de creaţie. Prin "operă de creaţie" se înţelege orice creaţie intelectuală, incluzând aici atât lucrările ştiinţifice, cât şi pe cele datorate imaginaţiei (literatură, pictură, muzică, arhitectură, coregrafie, etc.). În lucrare se prezintă obiectul protecţiei în cadrul dreptului de autor, subiectul dreptului de autor, drepturile morale de autor etc.

The copyright is a collocation which defines the legislation that refers to the protection of artistic productions. Through “artistic productions” we understand any of intellectual creation, including both scientific works and those owing to imagination (literature, painting, music, architecture, choreography, etc.). In this paper the object of protection within the frame of the copyright, the subject of copyright, the moral copyrights, etc. are presented.

Le droit de l’auteur est un syntagme qui définit la législation concernant la protection des œuvres de création. Par « œuvre de création » on sous entend toute création intellectuelle, incluant ici tant les travaux scientifiques que ceux dus à l’imagination (littérature, peinture, musique, architecture, chorégraphie, etc.). Dans le travail on présente l’objet de la protection dans le cadre de droit de l’auteur, le sujet du droit de l’auteur, les droits moraux de l’auteur etc.

Авторское право определяет законодательство которое относится к защите творческих произведений. Под термином «творческое произведение» подразумевается любое интеллектуальное творчество, включая как научные работы, так и те полученные интуитивным путём ( литературные, художественные, музыкальные, архитектурные, хореографические и др. произведения. В работе представлены объект и субъект защиты авторским правом, моральные авторские права и др.
