Abstract:
Nowadays, in order to maintain a viable business, the manager need to identify the most effective ways of promoting their products and services in a permanently changing and dynamic environment. Therefore, the firms are building a solid base composed from strategies adopted in the conditions of environment, particularly based on offer-request. A big impact in this process plays the price on the construction market, that in turn, is determined by a number of factors subsequently listed in the article. So, that is why the manager always monitors the changes on the construction market.
