dc.description.abstract | This article analyzes the work capacity of people with disabilities in accordance with the legislation in force. Disability is regarded as a person with physical, mental or intellectual deficiencies, which in combination with other obstacles can prevent their effective participation in social life. I expected to analyze more intensely and unfold the theme on account of the fact that the company is based on certain stereotypes without evidence and even erroneous.
