Conceptual considerations on the performance and energy efficiency of buildings

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to address the performance requirements for constructions, in order to satisfy the needs of consumers for the whole life cycle of construction, in line with the social and economic requirements. The concept of sustainable development in terms of energy efficiency includes minimizing operating and maintenance costs and maximizing economic profit so that "the needs of the present could be met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

Conceptul de performanţă are ca scop principal stabilirea exigenţelor de performanţă ale construcţiilor şi părţilor componente, în vederea satisfacerii exigenţelor utilizatorilor, pe întreaga durată de viaţă a construcţiilor, în concordanţă şi cu cerinţele social-economice. Conceptul de dezvoltare durabilă prin prisma eficienţei energetice presupune minimizarea costurilor de exploatare şi întreţinere, şi maximizarea profitului economic, astfel încât să fie posibilă "satisfacerea nevoilor prezentului fără a compromite posibilitatea generaţiilor viitoare de a-şi satisface propriile nevoi.”

Le concept de performance a comme but d’établir les exigences de performance des constructions et de composants, afin de satisfaire les besoins des consommateurs, au parcours du cycle de vie complet de la construction, en conformité et avec les exigences socio-économiques. Le concept de développement durable en termes d'efficacité énergétique comprend la réduction des coûts d'exploitation et d'entretien et la maximisation du profit économique, d’une manière que soit possible «de satisfaire les besoins du présent, sans compromettre la capacité des futures générations de satisfaire leurs propres besoins».

Целью концепции о качестве является определение требований к характеристикам конструкции, чтобы удовлетворить потребности потребителей в течение всего жизненного цикла строительства, в соответствии с социальными и экономическими требованиями. Концепция устойчивого развития с точки зрения энергетической эффективности включает в себя минимизацию операционных и эксплуатационных расходов и максимизации экономической прибыли, так чтобы "потребности настоящего времени были удовлетворены без ущерба для будущих поколений, которые тоже должны удовлетворять свои собственные потребности».
