Sectorul TIC – între producere şi servicii

Abstract

Articolul are ca scop de a răspunde la întrebarea – unde poziționăm sectorul TIC la sectorul de producere sau la sectorul de servicii. Autorul analizează tendințele actuale, emergența sectorului TIC și ajunge la concluzia că sectorul TIC poate fi definit ca o industrie Product-Service orientată, care are ca obiectiv de bază satisfacerea necesităţii societăţii în produsul său, adică stocarea, prelucrarea şi transmiterea informaţiei sub diferite forme.

The article aim is to answer the question - where to place the ICT sector - within the manufacturing sector or to the service sector. By analyzing the current trends and the emergence of the ICT sector, the author concludes that the ICT sector can be defined as a Product-Service oriented industry, its main objective is to satisfy the society needs by its products, i.e. storing, processing and transmitting information in various forms.

Article vise à répondre à la question – où on va positionner le secteur TIV – au secteur de production ou au secteur de service. En analysent les tendances actuelles, l'émergence du secteur des TIC l’auteur conclut que les TIC peut être définie comme une industrie „produit-service” orientée, qui vise à satisfaire les besoins de la société dans son produit, notamment, le stockage, le traitement et la transmission d'informations sous diverses formes.

В данной статье автор пытается найти ответ на вопрос, к какой сфере отнести ИКТ сферу – к сфере производства или к сфере услуг. Анализируя текущие тенденции, становление сектора ИКТ, автор констатирует, что ИКТ сектор можно определить как «продукт-сервис» ориентируемую промышленность, которая направлена на удовлетворение потребностей общества в своем продукте, т.е. хранение, обработка и передача информации в различных формах.
