dc.description.abstract | In order to streamline the management of local roads, the legislation has been amended, allowing for the passage of about 2500 km of local roads into national roads of regional importance, and about 3,500 km of local roads in LPA II with funding from the road fund. The Methodology for Determining the Weight of Financing from the Road Fund, based on the determination of the length of the network in equivalent kilometers, and the way of allocating the financial means from the road fund was elaborated. Thus, local roads of raion interest are financed based on the equivalent number of kilometers of road administrated, and at the level of Mayoralties (APL I) - the financing source is 50% of the road use fee and it is distributed according to the number of the population. | en_US |
