dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to achieve numerical analysis for an industrial robot with five degrees of freedom, using Finite Element Method (Ansys) in order to determine stresses, deformations and displacements values of the structure solicited by external loads. Verification of FEM analysis is realized by using an optical non-destructive method, Digital Image Correlation (DIC). The obtained and reported results in this paper serve to identify the relationships of similarity between the real robot and an epoxy resin model in order to reduce design costs. | en_US |
