dc.description.abstract | Here we present the results of research on reinforcement corrosion kinetics in cracks in concrete, depending on their openness and the interaction way of constructions with the liquid medium. The research was conducted using the method of plotting the polarization curves. Corrosion in the cracks with sizes larger than 1.0-1.5 mm is close to the maximum value and no longer increases with the next crack growth. The kinetics of corrosion and the depth of pinches on reinforcement in large cracks and steel beams, uncoated by concrete, are about the same. | en_US |
