Proiectarea sistemului de achiziție a datelor în baza controlerului PLC Siemens la substațiile electrice

Abstract

În lucrare dată sunt prezentate rezultatele proiectării staţiei electrice cu instalarea utilajului modern şi posibilitatea conectării la sistemul existent. Crearea canalului auxiliar, propriu şi sigur de comunicare conform cerinţelor NAIE. Lucrarea dată conţine descrierea principalelor componente la SE a sistemelor de comunicaţie şi Sistemului de Comandă Automat (CSA). Descrierea sistemului SCADA şi propunerea a câteva sisteme contra plată pentru automatizare şi monitoring.

В работе представлены результаты проектирования электрической подстанции с установкой современного оборудования и с возможностью подключения к существующей системе. Создание дополнительного, личного и надѐжного канала связи по современным требованием ПУЭ. Данная работа содержит описание основных составляющих на ПС систем связи и автоматизированной системой управления (АСУ), описание самой системы SCADA и предложение нескольких бесплатных систем для автоматизации и системного мониторинга.

In the thesis are presented the following results - engineering of the electric substation with the installation of the modern equipment and with the ability to connect to the existing system. Creation of an additional, personal and reliable communication channel according to the modern requirements of the Electric Code (ПУЭ). This thesis contains a description of the main components of the PS communication systems and automated control system (ACS). Description of the SCADA software itself and the offer of several free software for automation and system monitoring.
