dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la obţinerea fibrelor alimentare biologic active din şrot de seminţe de in Linum usitatissimum L. Conform invenţiei, procedeul de obţinere a fibrelor alimentare din şrot de seminţe de in include umectarea şrotului cu soluţie hidroetanolică, presarea şi eliminarea fazei lichide, tratarea şrotului obţinut cu apă demineralizată fierbinte, separarea prin presare a fazei lichide de faza solidă ce conţine fibre alimentare insolubile, deshidratarea fazei lichide cu obţinerea fibrelor alimentare ce conţin polizaharide hidrosolubile în formă de fibre sau pulbere. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the food industry, namely to the production of biologically active dietary fibers from Linum usitatissimum L. linseed cake. According to the invention, the process for producing dietary fibers from linseed cake comprises wetting the cake with water-ethanol solution, pressing and removing the aqueous phase, treating the obtained cake with demi-neralized hot water, separating the liquid phase from the solid phase containing dietary insoluble fibers by pressing, dehydrating the liquid phase to obtain dietary fibers containing water-soluble polysaccharides in the form of fibers or powder. en_US
