Abstract

The article presents an investigation of the peculiarities of studying geographic information systems (GIS) by students of all specialities at the State Agrarian University. It is necessary to apply the technology of GIS in agriculture in order to take correct decisions for all the administrative staff. We consider all students need to study GIS technologies and their practical use in work.
