Importanța teoretico-practică a recunoașterii publice a căsătoriei

Abstract

The study of the concept of marriage is dictated by the importance of the family in the society, because it transmits and assimilates the attitudes, values, concepts or specific behavior patterns to a group, helping a person to train, adapt and socially integrate. Therefore, a family with the harmonious relationship between its members, which are based on the principles of friendship, solidarity and self-esteem leads to the formation of a healthy society. The legislation of the Republic of Moldova provides various measures, with a view to family care, as well as various measures of avoidance and dispute settlement arising between the spouses and other family members. The social recognition of marriage, the premise for the State protection, takes place through the conditions of form and in particular the conclusion of marriage in front of a representative of the civil status. Thus, having deep knowledge of family legislation, would minimise many disputes which arise in this field of social relationships.
