dc.description.abstract Technology of fabricating the concentered products (pastes, purées etc.) used in the Republic of Moldova don’t permit today to obtain some food rich with biologic active substances. The proposed technological process, permit to resolve partially these problems by introduction of some additional tachnologcal and utilization of some composition of vegetables having a law redoxpotential. en_US
