dc.description.abstract | Se propune un concept nou tehnico-ştiinţific privind utilizarea deşeurilor de la producerea vinului şi de la procesele de distilare. Sunt arătate rezultatele cercetărilor complexe privind efectul substanţelor biologic active asupra procesului de metanogeneză, microorganismelor şi activitatea dehidrogenazică a deşeurilor industriale de distilare a vinului şi alcoolului. S-a demonstrat că substanţele testate ridică de 3-4 ori eficacitatea fermentării, iar conţinutul metanului în biogaz - de la 58-60% până la 90-95% - activează dehidrogenaza. Se discută efectul substanţelor biologic active asupra procesului de metanogeneză. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | A new scientific-technological concept of the utilization of wastes wine and alcohol production is proposed. The results of complex research are given, related to the effect of biologically active substances on the process of methanogenesis, microorganisms and dehydrogenase activity of winery and alcohol industry wastes. It was shown that the test substances increase the efficiency of the fermentation by 3-4 times, the methane content in biogas from 58-60% to 90-95% and stimulate the dehydrogenase. The effect of biologically active substances on the process of methanogenesis is discussed. | |
